This naked yoga class is a Yin Yoga Level I practice created to bring warmth, softness, and a sense of comfort into your body. Through gentle forward-bending yin yoga poses, we’ll slow things down, relax the nervous system, and create a cozy space to rest and release.
The focus is on longer holds, mindful breathing, and allowing the body to gently open without force. This practice is perfect if you’re feeling tired, stressed, or simply craving some quiet time with yourself.
